Ana Lopes joined SST in 2021, taking on the roles of Client Services Manager, Instructor Trainer, and Operational Auditor. With over a decade of experience in the aquatic safety industry, Ana brings a deep understanding of lifeguarding operations and training excellence to the team.

Her career began in 2013 at Wet’n Wild in São Paulo, Brazil, where she progressed from lifeguard to Head Guard/Team Leader. In 2019, she earned her Lifeguard Instructor License, marking a key milestone in her professional development. Following extensive training and a formal invitation, Ana transitioned from the waterpark environment to SST, embracing the opportunity to contribute to a world-class organization.

Known for being a good listener and quick learner, Ana believes these qualities have been essential to her growth and success in the industry. She takes great pride in how far she has come and values the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with some of the best professionals in the world—a journey that has enriched both her career and personal life.
