Press Conferences at IAAPA Expo Asia

Thank you for your interest in hosting a press conference at IAAPA Expo.

  • Please review the Press Conference Guidelines below prior to submitting a request.
  • Press conference requests must be submitted by 13 June 2025.
  • Please note: Press conferences will take place at the IAAPA-provided space located on the show floor. Press conferences in the IAAPA space will come with a stage, seating, and audio/video equipment.

All IAAPA Expo Asia press conferences will be held on 1 July 2025

IAAPA will contact you with your assigned press conference time. Questions regarding press conferences should be sent to [email protected].
