Global Exhibitors (companies who exhibit at all three IAAPA Expos in 2024) will receive premium placement on the show floor and have the opportunity to select their booth space prior to any other companies. Selection order for Global Exhibitors will be prioritized first by member status, second by years of consecutive membership, third by date of contract receipt.

3 – 7 March 2025

Middle East Trade Summit 2025 Exhibitors will receive priority placement on the show floor and have the opportunity to select their booth space prior to general sales opening. Selection order for Middle East Trade Summit Exhibitors will be prioritized first by member status, second by years of consecutive membership, third by date of contract receipt.

10 March 2025

After space selection is complete, we will open the floor to general booth sales. Companies will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
