Join Integrated Insight for a webinar based on the consulting firm’s 2025 Leisure Experiences Consumer Survey Report, Part 2: Consumer Barriers to Participation and Pricing Perceptions. In this session, the team from Integrated Insight will dive deep into why up to 30% of consumers who consider an out-of-home leisure activity ultimately decide not to visit. The webinar will explore how consumers evaluate the total cost of an experience, not just the admission price, and uncover their perceptions of various pricing strategies such as "all-in" pricing and dynamic pricing. Integrated Insight will expand upon the specific barriers impacting different types of attractions, from theme parks to museums. The webinar will provide attractions industry professionals with actionable insights to better understand consumer behavior, overcome participation hurdles, and develop pricing strategies that drive demand and improve conversion. 

Learning objectives: Based on Integrated Insight’s recent consumer survey study, the audience will learn: 

  1. Primary reasons why consumers decide not to visit leisure attractions after considering them.
  2. Gain insights into how consumers evaluate the total cost of leisure experiences and their preferences for how pricing is communicated/displayed.
  3. Learn about consumer perceptions of dynamic pricing and the discounts needed to incentivize purchases of admission or shifts to less desirable days and times.
