Hotel Xcaret México is the official hotel for IAAPA Honors 2026. IAAPA attendees may enjoy a 30% discount off the published rate using the official discount code, valid for stays between May 11-15, 2026. The discount code may be used until April 27, 2026.

• Cancellation policy: Up to 14 days prior to arrival until 3 p.m. local time (Quintana Roo) will incur no penalty. After this time, a 100% penalty of the stay will apply in the event of modification, cancellation, or no-show. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

• Room, Breakfast, lunch and dinner in specialty bars or à la carte in the centers of consumption and regular operating hours of the Hotel **
• Hotel's open bar with national and imported drinks inside the bars and restaurants during the regular operation hours of the Hotel **
