This form is used to request a duplicate Brass Ring Award or Finalist Plaque from an IAAPA Awards Program. Duplicate trophies are available for past award recipients and teams who would like an additional trophy for display purposes.

- You will be invoiced through Clover, IAAPA’s secure payment system. You will receive a separate email from Clover with a link to complete your payment.
