IAAPA Awards Duplicate Trophy Order Form

This form is used to request a duplicate Brass Ring Award or Finalist Plaque from an IAAPA Awards Program. Duplicate trophies are available for past award recipients and teams who would like an additional trophy for display purposes.

Important Information

• Production timelines may vary based on trophy availability and order volume.
• Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be communicated as part of the invoicing process.
• IAAPA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• You are responsible for covering trophy and shipping costs.
• You will be invoiced through Clover, IAAPA’s secure payment system. You will receive a separate email from Clover with a link to complete your payment.

• Brass Ring Award | $450 per Trophy + Shipping
• Finalist Plaque | $300 per Plaque + Shipping
• Crystal Trophies (Young Professional, Service, Inspiration, Impact, Image) | $250 per Trophy + Shipping
• Hall of Fame Trophy | $400 per Trophy + Shipping
