Edith Lam (ICAE)

Edith currently serves as the Assistant Director, Guest Experiences & Services at Universal Beijing Resort. Edith joined Universal Beijing Resort in 2019, as one of the key members of the pre-opening team, she focused on developing and implementing comprehensive guest service strategies. Her responsibilities included establishing operational systems, formulating guest service policies, creating standard operating procedures, and managing the training and selection of new hires in preparation for the resort’s grand opening in 2021. Prior to her role at Universal Beijing Resort, Edith built a robust career in the Greater Bay Area of China, gaining extensive experience in Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai and Guangzhou. Edith initiated her professional journey at Ocean Park Hong Kong. She also held various management positions with the Guangdong Chimelong Group and Studio City Macau in her tenure.
