Wess Long

Wess Long is President of StarGuard ELITE (SGE), an internationally recognized aquatic safety training and consulting firm serving over 400 organizations in 27 countries. Wess oversees all aspects of the company and represents SGE in numerous industry organizations. Prior to joining SGE in 2013, Wess served in various roles for many top resorts and waterparks including Atlantis Dubai and Walt Disney World. Wess has worked as both an operator and a consultant for projects of every size providing support for initial concept, construction, operational development, safety consulting, staff training, and regulatory compliance. 

Since 2014, SGE has hosted an annual client conference aboard cruise ships. The conference focuses on professional development utilizing the ship conference center and the various port destinations to deliver an experiential learning environment unlike any other.
