Tim Murphy

Tim Murphy is a proven CEO and strategic advisor with over 30 years of leadership in family entertainment, restaurants, F&B, and retail. He has led turnarounds and growth for more than 150 brands and 10,000 locations, including transforming Boomers Parks from a $10M loss to an $8M profit in just one year. Tim currently serves as Board Director for Coney Park & Happy City and leads TM Entertainment Consulting, advising investors and operators on M&A, franchise scaling, and performance improvement. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Disney, Darden, and Advantica, and contributed to Applebee’s 750% revenue growth with Specialty Restaurant Development.
