About

Sharon’s early career was spent with the Walt Disney Company, where she led tours of Disneyland for Guests from around the world with varying abilities. Following a successful tenure in the themed entertainment industry, building shows and rides for Disney, Six Flags, and parks in Europe and Asia, Sharon took a break from corporate life to educate her son. It was during this time that her advocacy for individuals with disabilities began in earnest with her son and his best friend, who uses a wheelchair. Morgan’s Wonderland seemed the perfect place for Sharon to combine her themed entertainment experience and disability advocacy passions. During her time with the organization, she has developed and participated in growing many inclusion mission endeavors, including our unique Ultra-Accessible™ Inclusion Training program. Sharon holds a BFA in Theatre and Dance from Wayne State University and an Executive Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She has been with Morgan’s for six years.
