Renee Clarke

Engaging with various stakeholders in the Summer Work Travel (SWT) Program for 15+ years, she has connected to seasonal businesses across industries and around the US. Renee focuses on recruitment, screening, onboarding, and supporting host organizations (employers) of various sizes and hiring capabilities. Throughout her 12-year career with Greenheart Exchange, she has elevated their portfolio through facilitating partnerships with globally recognized companies.

Proudly, Renee has represented Greenheart and hosted host organizations at international and domestic hiring events for SWT; enthusiastically coordinated and attended conferences and trade shows; contributed to industry events, including speaking and/or presenting, elevating the SWT Program; and also coordinated engagement with local legislators.

As an avid volunteer, Renee has facilitated numerous efforts to give back to communities she is connected to both professionally and personally. Renee generously gives her time to Scouting America (Troop and Pack 39); serving as a Host Family and contributes to her immediate community in numerous outlets. In her free time, Renee enjoys diving into the world of her 2 children and parents and taking their dog Jessi for long walks.
