Rebecca (Dean) Keller, Assistant Director, Engineering & Safety at Universal Creative is a respected technical leader in the theme park industry, and is known for unwavering commitment to safety, ability to build strong partnership amongst diverse teams and talent for creative, solutions-driven problem solving. 

With more than a decade of experience delivering major projects for Universal Creative, Rebecca has played a role in shaping guest experiences across Universal’s parks worldwide. Her notable contributions include opening Universal Beijing Resort, Universal’s Epic Universe and soon-to-open Universal Kids’ Resort. 

Beyond her work at Universal, Rebecca is an active member in ASTM F24, where she serves as co-lead for the Rider Eligibility task group. She is also a co-founder of Universal’s Technical Women in Entertainment group, and Engineering & Safety Mentorship Program, championing professional development, inclusion and the next generation of technical talent.
