Randy Wojcik

Randy Wojcik is Vice President of Entertainment Creative for Universal Studios Japan, where he leads the design, development, direction, and overall creative vision for the Park’s live entertainment offerings. In this role, he oversees the conception, execution, and stewardship of entertainment experiences enjoyed by millions of guests each year.

Before joining Universal Studios Japan, Randy served as Creative Director - Entertainment and Costuming at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. There, he successfully led both the Creative and Costuming teams, guiding the development of innovative entertainment content and immersive guest experiences.
With more than 25 years in the global entertainment industry, Randy brings extensive expertise in live entertainment across a wide range of high-profile international projects. His collaborative work spans partnerships with iconic brands including Illumination Entertainment, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo Co., Ltd., Warner Bros., Sesame Workshop, Pixar Animation Studios, Lucasfilm, and Marvel.
Randy has led his teams to multiple industry accolades, including several Brass Ring Awards and a Thea Award. His notable achievements include “Melting Pot” at Universal Studios Japan, as well as “Let’s Get Wicked” and “Disney Paint the Night Parade” at Hong Kong Disneyland.
