Neide Tavares

Neide Tavares is an environmental engineer and ESG & Impact specialist with extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, marketing, and environmental management. Since 1998, she has served as Corporate Sustainability Manager at Aviva, overseeing projects at Rio Quente Resorts (GO) and Costa do Sauípe (BA). 

She has been a university professor at Faculdade de Caldas Novas since 2007, teaching courses in environmental auditing and management. Neide actively participates in strategic councils and committees, including co-chairing the Sustainability Strategic Committee at Amcham-GO, membership in the Rio Paranaíba Watershed Committee, CONPESCAN, and CONSEMA, as well as serving as president of the Municipal Tourism Council of Rio Quente. 

Her career demonstrates a strong commitment to integrating innovation, responsible management, and sustainable development.
