Joshua Martinez Gutierrez is the Co-Founder of OSO Consulting and an aquatic industry professional with extensive experience in operations, facility openings, training, and risk management. Since 2009, he has been involved in the operation and development of water parks and resort properties across the United States and international markets.
As a StarGuard ELITE Level 3 Instructor, Joshua works with organizations to strengthen their training programs, operational procedures, and safety systems, helping them achieve more consistent, efficient, and safer operations.
