Josh Martin

Josh Martin serves as the President & Creative Director of Martin Aquatic, where he is responsible for the executive management of the firm. In this dual role, he casts the overall vision for Martin Aquatic while directing the work of our creative studio, helping clients envision their aquatic projects through artistic renders and concept models. From leading design charettes to creating aquatic master plans, Josh uses his expertise to translate the groundwork laid by architects and planners into engaging and constructible aquatic realities.  

With an MBA from Rollins College and 15+ years of project experience, Josh has built a portfolio of Aquatic Leisure Destinations that includes luxury resort amenities, water parks, themed entertainment experiences, and complex water features, projects that have earned several awards from the World Waterpark Association, Themed Entertainment Association, and IAAPA. He is frequently called upon as an expert design consultant for the cruise ship industry, effectively defining the aquatic experience at sea and throughout the Caribbean. In 2025, Josh was named as one of the Power 10 on The Blooloop 50 Theme Park Influencer List.
