Jon Storbeck

Jon Storbeck currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Knott’s Berry Farm, part of the Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. He joined Knott’s in 2016 after over three decades with The Walt Disney Company.

Jon, a California native and graduate of California State University, Long Beach, started his parks and resorts career as an Attractions Host at Disneyland Park in 1983. That began what turned out to be a 33-year career with Disney. Jon held a variety of leadership roles within Operations including Merchandise/Retail, Food & Beverage, Guest Relations, and Resort Development. 

In this last role with Disney as Vice President of Downtown Disney and Disney Resort Hotels he oversaw all daily operations for the three Disneyland Resort Hotels and Downtown Disney District. In addition, his responsibilities included leading the resort-wide Security and Emergency Services Division. In his previous role as Vice President of Disneyland Park, Jon successfully oversaw the entire operation of Walt Disney’s original theme park, Disneyland. 

Jon serves on the board of directors of Taller San Jose – Hope Builders and GameChanger Chrity and in 2016, CSULB honored Mr. Storbeck as the Distinguished Alumnus for the College of Business Administration. 

Jon and his wife Katie have four adult children and have resided in North Tustin, California for 28 years.
