Jeroen Nijpels, ICAE

Jeroen Nijpels, ICAE, is active in the theme park industry since 1996 and is the owner and managing director of JNLEC, a consultancy company that specializes in supplying high-end attractions and services from various suppliers in the industry, including Zierer, Triotech, nWave Pictures, HB Leisure and Mobaro, besides offering various consulting and project management services.

He is also very active as a volunteer for IAAPA, currently as one of the Manufacturer & Supplier Directors on the Global Board of Directors and the Treasurer of the IAAPA Foundation Board. One of his key achievements at IAAPA is the formation of the Young Professionals group. Jeroen is also a regular guest lecturer at Breda University of Applied Sciences, at their Theme Park Management track.

With one of their 2024 graduation students, João Camurri Fiães, JNLEC published his graduation research project under the title ’How future proof is the current commitment to sustainability of the European attractions and theme parks industry?’ in September 2024.
