Jennifer Si Tou

Jennifer Si Tou is Deputy Director of the Macao Government Tourism Office. In her role, she leads efforts to advance and diversify Macao’s tourism offerings by fostering the development of new tourism products and encouraging the organization of impactful tourism events. She also focuses on promoting continuous improvements in service quality across the tourism industry through tailored technical training programs, and enforcing industry service quality standards to ensure sustained excellence.

Jennifer has been actively involved in Macao’s major tourism and event initiatives. Currently, she is also a member of the Tourism Development Committee as well as a member of the Committee for the Development of Conventions and Exhibition of Macao SAR Government, contributing her expertise to shape Macao’s diversified and innovative tourism landscape.
