Jeff Alexander

Jeff Alexander is the Vice President and Chief People Officer at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari, a family-owned theme park in Santa Claus, Indiana, known as America’s First Theme Park and the Water Coaster Capital of the World. Jeff has been in the Human Resources world for over 20 years, starting his career in the Army National Guard as a Human Resources Specialist and working his way to the rank of Staff Sergeant as an Operations NCO. On the civilian side, Jeff has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, entertainment, and tourism. With a focus on driving positive change and improving company culture, Jeff has a history of upskilling organizations, building an engaged workforce, and reducing turnover. He has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, the SHRM-Certified Professional and Professional in Human Resources certifications and is also a member of the IAAPA Human Resources Task Force. In addition to the traditional workforce, Jeff and his wife travel the country hosting jiu-jitsu tournaments for 3Step Sports at some of America’s favorite tourist destinations.
