With 40 years of experience in industrial maintenance and the attractions and tourism industry, Ivan Silva leads operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainable results. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with KPI analysis and the integration of multidisciplinary teams, using data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. He has implemented methodologies such as 5S, TPM, and Lean, driving operational improvements, reducing failures, increasing process reliability, and lowering operating costs.
Ivan is currently member of the IAAPA Latin America, Caribbean Safety Committee.
