Estella Hale brings over 20 years of hospitality industry experience, including a decade in strategic leadership roles. With expertise in hospitality technology, she oversees the company’s market growth strategy, working closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen regional adoption while ensuring alignment with global product marketing.

Prior to joining Zucchetti, Estella served as Chief Commercial Officer at HotelIQ, where she guided strategic vision and commercial operations. She has also held executive roles at SHR, iHotelier, and Whiteboard Labs. Estella earned her master’s degree in technology commercialization from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
