Emily Cammarano

Emily’s passion for leadership development began early in her career on the Attractions team at Universal Orlando Resort. While in college, she served as an Attractions Trainer and Team Leader, experiences that sparked her interest in coaching and helping people build confidence in their roles. Thanks to her own leaders and mentors, Emily understood the importance of having the right guidance and encouragement to help someone step into leadership more confidently. She continued to grow this passion at a start-up hospitality company, where she helped design and deliver onboarding programs for the local Orlando market and eventually became the lead trainer across all North American locations. In this role, Emily focused on developing leaders who felt prepared not just to manage tasks, but to support their people. She enjoyed creating learning experiences that were engaging, practical, and focused on real operational leadership challenges. Now, as a member of the Talent Development Leadership team, Emily focuses on creating environments where leaders feel comfortable learning and growing.
