Elisa has worked in the hospitality and guest services industry at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens for over 20 years. She played a key role in helping the zoo become an Autism Certified Center, a designation it has proudly maintained for the past four years. With extensive experience in event planning, guided tours, attractions, and ticketing and membership services, Elisa is dedicated to creating welcoming, inclusive, and memorable guest experiences for all visitors.
