Dr. Brent Fields

Dr. Fields has served as the CEO of the Morgan's enterprise since November of 2021. This 501c(3) nonprofit is the umbrella organization that provides oversight and support to the Morgan’s  “family” of UltraAccessible™, fully-inclusive endeavors. In the CEO role, he directly supervises a leadership team of nine executives: four entity presidents (for the Wonderland Park, Camp, MAC, and Inclusion Institute) and five chief officers (for Marketing, Development, Finance, Special Projects, and Technology). The enterprise facilities occupy over 150 acres of property in San Antonio, Texas; employee hundreds of team members; and annually serve more than 250,000 park guests, campers, athletes, MAC members and clients. Future projects under construction include a Fitness Center, Hotel, and a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care medical daycare. His academic achievements include a certification in Health Promotion Management, a Clinical Education Residency, a Graduate Portfolio Program in Nonprofit Studies, a bachelor's degree in speech, a master's degree in education, and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy from The University of Texas at Austin.  The Fields are proud parents of three children and one grandson. Their 16-year-old daughter, Chloe, has a mitochondrial disorder (Leigh’s Disease) and lives with multiple disabilities. They have two other children: Micah, a writer, professor, and guide in Helena, Mont., and Mason, a sophomore student/athlete at Trinity University. Brent’s wife, Suzette, is a licensed audiologist and experienced clinician/manager who also provides consulting services.
