Deb Christensen

Deb Christensen is the Chief People Officer at FACE Amusement, bringing extensive experience in human resources and mergers and acquisitions. Over the past 4 years, she has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth and organizational development. Deb began her career in marketing at BCBS before transitioning into HR, where she held leadership roles with organizations including Starter Sports Apparel, Ann Taylor, MacDermid, and US Foods. Known as a trusted strategic advisor, she has a strong track record of guiding leadership teams through complex organizational changes while championing employee success. Deb holds a BA in Business and Economics with a minor in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling—especially to the Grand Cayman Islands—cheering on the University of Tennessee’s football and basketball teams, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, and volunteering with organizations such as the Red Cross.
