Darlene Reese-Sittig

Darlene Reese-Sittig brings over 35 years of experience in the waterpark and amusement industry. She has held numerous leadership roles within Six Flags, where she notably advised on company-wide aquatics and operations standards and led initiatives to extend and enhance the corporate brand. As a consultant, Darlene played a pivotal role in helping AIMS International launch their digital learning platforms. She also contributed to Ellis & Associates’ achievement of IACET accreditation by helping design and develop educational programming aligned with international standards. 

Currently, Darlene serves as Education and Operations Manager for Ellis Aquatic Innovations and Ellis & Associates. She is an integral part of the curriculum development team, creating advanced educational courses and innovative training programs in multiple languages—used by clients around the globe.
