Dare is the Vice President for Global ESG & Sustainability at Merlin Entertainments, where he leads the company’s ESG/sustainability strategy and initiatives worldwide. He is passionate about the role sustainability plays in shaping resilient and competitive businesses in the 21st century.
Dare is a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) in the UK and a Chartered Energy Manager with the Energy Institute. In recognition of his leadership in the field, he was named among the EDIE100 Sustainability Leaders in the UK in 2026.
He lives in Hampshire, England, with his wife and son.
