Danielle Kramer

Danielle Kramer joined RWS Entertainment Group at its inception nearly 20 years ago. She embodies the RWS brand: creative, professional, compassionate, fearless, and dedicated to excellence. Kramer has excelled in nearly every aspect of company operations, bringing shows to life for dozens of high-profile brands and events. She has led projects from concept to reality for clients including Mattel, Hersheypark, Six Flags, CBS, Warner Bros. World Dubai, Westfield Properties, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, and the Emmy Award- winning production – Macy’s Stars on Broadway. Danielle is also the part of the IAAPA Education Committee and graduated from the prestigious Point Park University. Now, serving as the Executive Vice President for RWS, Danielle’s passion for the travel and leisure industry has found a long-term home. She remains innovative and inspired to keep theme park, cruise, and resort entertainment relevant in an ever-changing environment and is fueled daily by the passion that was instilled in her as a child attending theme park shows. That trajectory is what contributed to making her dream of working in the arts come true and she can only hope to share and inspire others with every production she has the opportunity to affect.
