Dani Schaefer

As an Orlando native, Dani is no stranger to the theme park industry. With a more than 15-year career at Universal Orlando Resort, Dani has honed her leadership skills through opening venues and leading teams at multiple marquee attractions, before transitioning to the Talent Development team where she now manages a career development pipeline program designed to prepare hourly leaders for their first salaried leadership roles in the organization. She is a passionate advocate for people-first leadership and firmly believes that nearly any problem in the world could be solved through curious conversation. When she’s not working, Dani enjoys reading and exploring the Central Florida theme parks with her family.
