Clint Novak is the founder of Novak Amusement Solutions and a 25-year veteran of the attractions industry. Starting his career on the midway in 1999, Clint has evolved from a frontline operator into a leading consultant for Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) and amusement parks. His firm specializes in operational efficiency audits, helping independent owners identify "silent profit killers" and optimize labor strategies without sacrificing guest service.

In addition to consulting, Clint maintains his "in the trenches" credibility as the co-owner of Planet Novak, an arcade and entertainment venue. This dual role—consultant and active operator—gives him a unique perspective on the real-world challenges facing small business owners today. His mission is to provide independent operators with the actionable resources and support networks they need to survive and thrive in a consolidating market.
