Chris Biancofiore

Chris Biancofiore is the Director of Performance Services at WhiteWater, bringing 25 years of experience across manufacturing operations, product leadership, and performance-driven service delivery.

He began his career at WhiteWater as a fabricator and advanced through leadership roles. As Manufacturing Operations Manager, he led teams in adopting lean manufacturing principles, improving efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Chris later transitioned into product leadership as Product Manager, supporting the development and launch of multiple aquatic play products, strengthening industry partnerships, and driving portfolio innovation. He also served seven years as Co-Chair of ASTM F24.61 – Aquatic Play, contributing to industry standards and advancing safety and innovation.

Today, Chris applies a collaborative, data-informed approach to helping clients with water park maintenance, upgrades, and refurbishment, aligning strategy and execution to deliver measurable organizational results.
