About

Carson Luter is a Project Manager with Universal Creative’s Advanced Technology Initiatives (ATI) group, having most recently delivered two versions of Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast in Orlando and Japan. His work focuses on the development and execution of interactive systems, attractions, and products for Universal Destinations and Experiences across the globe. Carson is a two-time graduate of the University of Central Florida, holding an undergraduate degree in Theme Park and Attraction Management and a graduate degree in Themed Experience design. He now teaches a Project Management for Theme Parks and Attractions course at UCF’s Rosen College that gives students an understanding of the themed entertainment project life cycle and the many disciplines found within the industry. Carson is also Co-Chair of TEA’s NextGen group, where he champions mentorship and networking events for students and new entrants into themed entertainment.
