With an expertise in characters, live entertainment, theme parks and cruise ships, Carlos believes themed entertainment is a team sport meant to be created in a collaborative environment to help reflect the diversity of the guests who will experience it. From intimate atmosphere entertainment to larger-than-life spectaculars and from Horror to Holiday, Carlos is driven to make the world smile, connect and remember that memories are made together.
