Andrew Bolstein is President and General Manager of Shanghai Disney Resort, leading one of the most ambitious and innovative resort destinations in The Walt Disney Company’s global Disney Experiences portfolio.

Work Highlights

A seasoned international executive with over 30 years’ experience, Andrew has built a distinguished career at Disney spanning assignments in North America and Asia. He is widely recognized for his ability to lead large-scale, multicultural organizations, foster high performance teams and deliver world-class guest experiences.

Andrew has held senior leadership roles at Disney resorts in Orlando, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai. As a member of the opening leadership team for Shanghai Disney Resort, Andrew played a key role in bringing one of China’s largest and most complex foreign investment projects to life. Today, as President and General Manager, he leads a talented team of 15,000 Cast Members, contributing to Disney’s broader global strategy and its commitment to storytelling and creativity.

Andrew is an enthusiastic advocate for the themed entertainment industry and serves as a member of the global board of directors for IAAPA, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (2023-2026).

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
