Alex Gillman

Alex Gillman is a hospitality and attractions professional with experience spanning guest experience, operations, entertainment, and professional development. A graduate of Bowling Green State University’s Resort and Attraction Management program, Alex currently works on the Corporate Guest Services team for Kalahari Resorts & Conventions and brings three years of experience as a Show Ambassador for the Orlando IAAPA Expo. Prior to joining Kalahari, Alex worked for Cedar Point in various positions for eight years.

Alex also remains connected to education and is currently an instructor for BGSU teaching a course in Life Design for students going into the Resort and Attraction Management program. Alex works with first-year students teaching a course that provides students with design thinking tools that they can use now and, in the future, to maximize their college experience and enhance career readiness.
