About

Adam is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dippin’ Dots and leads a team of 27 sales and support managers to develop national accounts for the brand and to support franchisees. Throughout his career with Dippin’ Dots, Adam has been a key player in doubling the company’s sales from 2012 to 2015 and a recognized leader in driving incremental growth through new accounts and strategic marketing partnerships across the country.  Before joining Dippin’ Dots, Adam spent roughly 10 years with Six Flags America, the place where his career started. Before college, Adam started working as part of the F&B Warehouse Team and continued onto other positions within the park including Retail Warehouse Supervisor, Retail Assistant Manager and eventually Retail Manager. As a result of his early start with Six Flags and the theme park industry, he gained several pivotal insights to help him better understand customer needs and to excel with the sales and leadership roles he’s held with Dippin’ Dots.

Adam is a longtime Maryland resident where he currently lives with his wife, two boys and 4 dogs.
