Destiny Taylor
Born and raised in the heart of the theme park capital of the world, Destiny’s love for the attractions industry runs deep. Her journey began at Universal Studios, where she landed her first job in high school, setting the stage for a career rooted in creativity and storytelling.
In 2018, Destiny earned her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. During her time in the panhandle, she gained valuable experience interning with Cumulus Media's marketing promotions department, reporting entertainment news for News 20 at 5, and contributing as a staff writer for The FAMUAN campus newspaper.
Eager to expand her expertise, Destiny pursued her master’s degree in New Media Journalism at Full Sail University, graduating in 2019. Armed with enhanced skills and a fresh perspective, she began her professional career as a content associate at CNTV, where she played a vital role in producing virtual events and conferences.
Destiny joined IAAPA in July 2021 as a Marketing and Communications Associate, quickly making her mark with her dedication and adaptability. Her hard work and passion for the attractions industry have since propelled her to her current role as Global Communications Manager. In this position, Destiny oversees the Media & Press Program for all three global expos, provides crisis communication resources to members, facilitates media interviews for IAAPA’s C-Suite executives, and much more.

Emmanuel Calderara
Emmanuel is the safety director at Disneyland Paris. A professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience in several industries, he began working in the global attractions industry in 2016. Connect with him on LinkedIn.

Eryka Washington
Bringing a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success, Eryka joined IAAPA after her distinguished role as director of communications for The Central Florida Oversight District. There, she led comprehensive communication strategies, managed high-pressure media scenarios, and implemented impactful crisis management protocols.
Prior to her tenure at the District, Eryka served as a respected spokesperson and communications director at The Office for the Florida State Attorney's Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she navigated sensitive issues and led the communication and public records management team.
With over a decade of distinguished on-air reporting and news anchoring experience at two top tier Orlando news stations, Graham Media Group CBS affiliate WKMG News 6 and Hearst television NBC affiliate WESH 2 News, Eryka's transition to strategic communications leadership has been marked by excellence. Her accolades, including an Emmy award for journalism, underscore her commitment to excellence and her ability to thrive in dynamic environments

Ignace Woinin
Working from IAAPA’s EMEA office in Brussels, Ignace oversees over 2000 memberships. In his role he connects with attractions, industry suppliers, and students who share his passion of the industry.
