You may move the full amount paid to IAAPA Expo Middle East 2027 scheduled to take place 12-15 April in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Option 2 – Refund:
You may request a refund of the amount paid, less an amount for non-recoverable expenses incurred by IAAPA, as outlined in your contract, not to exceed 20%. Our goal is to process and issue refunds within 30 days.

IAAPA Expo Middle East 2027 is scheduled to take place 12-15 April 2027 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, UAE.
All companies signed up to exhibit at IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 are invited to participate in Premium or Priority Space Allocation. Space selection order will be determined first by membership status, with members placed before non-members. Members will then be ordered by their years of consecutive membership. 2025 Global Exhibitors (companies that exhibited at IAAPA Expo Asia, IAAPA Expo Europe, or IAAPA Expo in 2025) will be prioritized over companies that are not Global Exhibitors. In the event of a tie, the date of contract receipt will prevail.
Please work with your shipping provider regarding any costs that you have incurred thus far. Unfortunately, IAAPA cannot reimburse exhibitors for any shipping expenses.
All exhibitor, attendee, and special event ticket registrations for IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 will be automatically canceled. Any registration fees that have been paid will be fully refunded. No action is required on your part at this time. Our goal is to send out refunds within 30 days
If your company is contracted for all three 2026 IAAPA Expos (IAAPA Expo Asia, IAAPA Expo Europe, and IAAPA Expo) you will be recognized as a Global Exhibitor and qualify for a $2 discount per square foot on your exhibit fee for IAAPA Expo 2026.
If you purchased and paid for a Digital Booth Upgrade for IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026, we will rollover the upgrade to IAAPA Expo Middle East 2027.
Current sponsorship commitments will automatically be rolled over to new event dates for the inaugural IAAPA Expo Middle East, now taking place 12-15 April 2027. This means your placement is fully secured for next year, and your sponsorship rate will not change. The sponsorship team welcomes your questions and looks forward to supporting you every step of the way.
The March/April issue of Funworld was distributed in print and also released digitally, with a total reach of more than 47,000 industry professionals. While it will not be distributed at IAAPA Expo Middle East, advertisers will receive bonus digital placements to extend reach. Our advertising team is available to assist with any additional questions.

IAAPA Expo Middle East 2027 is scheduled to take place April 12-15, 2027 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, UAE.
We aim to have registration for our 2027 IAAPA Expo Middle East open in Q4 of 2026. We will share updates about this via email in newsletters and IAAPA News Daily, through our social channels and on our website.
Our goal is to process and issue refunds within 30 days.
We advise to work with your travel insurance and/or the companies where you booked your travel. Unfortunately, IAAPA cannot reimburse attendees for any external expenses.
