IAAPA Learning Library

THE INSIGHTS SHARED AT IAAPA EXPOS DON’T END when the show floor closes. The IAAPA Learning Library gives attractions professionals year-round access to a growing collection of on-demand courses and educational resources. Designed for learners at every career stage, the platform makes it easy to discover new skills, explore industry trends, and learn from experts across the globe—whenever and wherever learning fits into a busy professional’s schedule.

Much of the IAAPA Learning Library’s growth comes through partnerships with IAAPA member organizations that bring specialized expertise to the industry. Study Academy USA helped develop the platform and has contributed more than 30 courses designed specifically for attractions professionals, while Morgan’s Inclusion Institute has helped expand content focused on accessibility and inclusion. The introductory course in the curriculum codeveloped with IAAPA, Disability Awareness, is available for free to IAAPA members.

Safety and operations training have also expanded through a partnership with Edge Academy. Five new courses launched in August and are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Arabic.

The focus on multilingual content reflects the global nature of the attractions industry. Several courses are already available in multiple languages.

For professionals looking to continue learning in between IAAPA events, the IAAPA Learning Library offers opportunities to build practical skills, gain fresh perspectives, and stay connected to industry best practices. For IAAPA members looking for their next learning opportunity or curating training for their team, there’s always something worth checking out in the IAAPA Learning Library.
