Di He

Di He is the Show Manager of Animatronics Studio at Walt Disney Imagineering Shanghai. She is responsible for overseeing design, production and delivery of animated figures, show action equipment, and props for the Shanghai animation team. Di began her Disney career in 2011 at Shanghai Disney Resort as Project Coordinator, responsible for delivering building specialties including theme lights, graphics and art glass parkwide. Since then, the major projects Di worked on include leading the development and building of the Giant Donald Duck at the resort’s Wishing Star Lake, and she is a key member of the team who developed the Audio-Animatronic figures for the world’s first and only Zootopia themed land at Shanghai Disneyland, bringing Zootopia characters to life. Prior to joining Shanghai Disney Resort, Di worked in the engineering and construction industry, as well as the life science industry where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in project management. Di holds a Bachelor Degree of Administration Management from Shanghai Ocean University. 何狄现任华特迪士尼幻想工程—上海演出布景经理，通过与全球团队的紧密合作和沟通，领导上海的机械动画人偶团队的角色、演艺机械装置和机动道具的设计、生产和交付工作。 何狄于2011年在上海迪士尼度假区开启了迪士尼职业生涯，担任项目协调员，负责园内主题灯具、标识、艺术玻璃等建筑特色元素的交付。此后，她还参与了度假区的多项主要项目，包括带领团队开发和打造位于度假区星愿湖的“巨萌唐老鸭”。在位于上海迪士尼乐园的全球首个也是唯一一个“疯狂动物城”主题园区的开发建设期间，何狄作为机械动画人偶团队的关键成员，深度参与了园区内机械动画人偶开发，让电影《疯狂动物城》里的角色得以栩栩如生地呈现在游客面前。 在加入上海迪士尼度假区之前，何狄曾在工程与建筑行业以及生命科学行业工作，积累了丰富的项目管理知识和经验。 何狄拥有上海海洋大学行政管理学士学位。
