The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is your one-stop-shop for all IAAPA related items for exhibitors!
Once logged in to your Exhibitor Resource Center, you can:
Access the Exhibitor Services Guide
Register on-site staff for badges and purchase special event tickets
Complete required forms and your Booth Profile
Track deadlines and mark tasks off your checklist
Make payment on any outstanding financials
View your Exhibitor Guest Code to share with customers and prospects
Add team members to receive future exhibitor updates
And much more!
1. Bookmark the login page to the ERC
2. Enter your email address and check the reCAPTCHA box.
3. If you are a primary or secondary contact for your company at that Expo and you never logged in prior, you will get a link to your email to set-up your account.
4. If you’ve logged in previously, enter your password requested. If you don’t remember your password, click the Forgot Password link. The link expires after 1 hour. If the time expires, you can revisit the Forgot Password option to get a new reset link.
5. If you are not a contact for that expo, you will receive the following error. Contact the Primary Contact and ask they add you as a User. If you are unsure who is the Primary Contact, contact the IAAPA Operations team for assistance.

Note, users are per Expo, so if you have additional contacts they need to be added for each Expo.
Once the Primary Contact has created and signed into their account, they can add other team members as 'Users,' allowing them to make their log-ins.
1. The primary contact logs in to the ERC.
2. Click Users on the left side of the screen.
3. Click Add New User button. After you add a team member, they will automatically receive an email with login instructions.
