Join the exhibitor preparation webinar designed to help you get ready for IAAPA Expo Asia 2026 with confidence and clarity. This session is tailored for all confirmed and prospective exhibitors and will walk you through the essential information you need to plan, prepare, and execute a successful participation at the Expo.
The webinar will cover key event information and important milestones, including the overall exhibitor schedule, critical deadlines, and required submissions. IAAPA will also share practical guidance on how to navigate the exhibitor processes and resources to ensure a smooth pre-show journey.
Our official logistics partner, APT, will provide an overview of freight forwarding, customs clearance, on-site handling, and move-in and move-out procedures, helping exhibitors plan their shipping and logistics efficiently.
In addition, Pico, the official services contractor, will present a detailed briefing on both technical and non-technical services. This includes booth construction options, electrical and AV services, internet and rigging, as well as furniture, graphics, and other exhibitor services available on site.
This webinar is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from the IAAPA Team and our appointed Official Services Provider, gain practical insights, and ask questions to ensure you are fully prepared for IAAPA Expo Asia 2026.
