Program Runs: Winter – Fall

Time Commitment & Expectations
Participants commit to meeting at least quarterly and actively engaging in the program through regular communication and a shared commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications
Mentors must be IAAPA members in good standing for the duration of the program; have at least 7 years of professional experience; previous mentoring experience is preferred.
