Jay is a registered architect in Singapore with nearly two decades of experience in architecture and master planning across Singapore, China, Japan, Africa, and the Middle East. He excels in design conceptualization, creating visionary, memorable destinations and immersive experiences. He is also recognized for his ability to translate bold creative visions into built reality. His work consistently bridges aesthetics and functionality, delivering spaces that are not only memorable but also operationally effective and environmentally responsive. As one of the principal designers of Mandai Rejuvenation Project, Jay was responsible for several features in the development. His vision was to seamlessly integrate built structures with the natural landscape—creating an immersive journey for visitors while providing naturalistic, enriching habitats for the wildlife. Sustainability and operational efficiency were also central to the design approach, with strategic use of technology and innovation to reduce energy consumption and streamline park operations. Jay currently leads a team of specialist providing consultancy services for vision, design, execution and operation of wildlife-related developments across Europe, Central Asia, East Asia, and Southeast Asia—continuing to shape meaningful, sustainable destinations that foster deep connections between people, animals, and the environment.
