ORLANDO, FL (June 11, 2025) – Registration is now open for IAAPA Expo 2025, the largest and most influential trade show for professionals in the global attractions industry. The event will take place Nov. 17–21, 2025, at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida.
Bringing together the full spectrum of the attractions industry—from theme parks and family entertainment centers to museums, aquariums, water parks, and suppliers—IAAPA Expo 2025 is set to welcome tens of thousands of attendees and more than 1,100 exhibitors across a completely sold-out trade show floor.
This year’s event will once again span both the North and South Concourses of the OCCC. Furthermore, due to record demand, IAAPA has announced the Expo will expand into the West Concourse in 2026, a testament to the industry’s momentum and the event’s continued growth.
“IAAPA Expo continues to evolve and expand, reflecting the strength and innovation of our industry,” said Jakob Wahl, President and CEO of IAAPA.
The comprehensive education conference will cover critical topics such as guest experience, safety, artificial intelligence, sustainability, crisis communication, operational excellence and the all-new track featuring natural and adventure attractions. IAAPA Expo EDUSessions are designed to equip attendees with the practical takeaways they can implement immediately across their teams and operations.
“We’ve built a program that’s relevant, forward-thinking, and grounded in real-world experience,” said Michael Shelton, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. “Our sessions feature leaders from across the globe who are tackling today’s toughest challenges with creativity and clarity.”
Attendees can also take advantage of EDUTours and special ticketed events that connect professionals across every region, career level and industry focus.
