The IAAPA Bylaws and Policies are the key governing documents for the association. The bylaws are the rules for the internal organization and governance of the Association. They detail how the Association is formed and run. The policies are an expansion of the bylaws that outline the Association’s procedures and operations.
The IAAPA Governance Committee reviews and recommends revisions for the bylaws and policies to the IAAPA Global Board of Directors. Changes to the bylaws require a 2/3 majority vote of the board while policy changes require a simple majority vote.
