The registration fee for the IAAPA APAC Trade Summit 2025 does not include accommodation and airport transfers. W Macau, Studio City is the official hotel for the event, offering a special accommodation rate secured by IAAPA. 

Accommodation Rates:

For stays from September 14 to 16, 2025:

• Single Occupancy: MOP/HKD $1,000++ per night (including breakfast and taxes)
• Double Occupancy: MOP/HKD $1,100++ per night (including breakfast and taxes)

On September 17, 2025:

• Single Occupancy: MOP/HKD $1,350++ per night (including breakfast and taxes)
• Double Occupancy: MOP/HKD $1,450++ per night (including breakfast and taxes)
   

The deadline for securing bookings at this rate is August 28, 2025. After this date, attendees wishing to book the hotel will need to contact the hotel directly by emailing [email protected].

  Date: Wednesday, September 17

  Time: 17:30 -18:30 (prior to departure to MGM)
