About
Vicky brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the licensing industry, with a strong focus on content and channel distribution, licensing, event management, and the development of location-based entertainment (LBE) projects. Her professional journey has encompassed a wide range of roles, from project manager to director of business development, demonstrating her versatility and leadership across the sector. As the Founder of Film Mall Entertainment, Vicky has established herself as a specialist in movie and television program development. Prior to launching her own venture in the intellectual property (IP) business, she served as General Manager at Mei Ah Entertainment Taiwan, where she successfully spearheaded the launch of a new Mandarin MOD channel for the Taiwan market. In 2013, Vicky was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Film Festival and has served on the board of directors for several esteemed organizations, including the China Motion Picture Culture and Education Foundation and the Association of Prosperity Culture and Arts of Macau. She is also an active member of Licensing International, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), and the Hong Kong Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (HKAAPA). Since 2012, Vicky has led her team in producing and managing a variety of high-profile events, including the inaugural ticketed “Transformers 30th Anniversary” Exhibition Asia Tour, which visited six cities across Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, and Mainland China, drawing over 1.5 million visitors. Over the past 15 years, she has built a diverse portfolio of LBE events, workshops, live shows, competitions, art exhibitions, and conferences. One of the most remarkable milestones in Vicky’s LBE career is the creation of MONOPOLY Dreams Hong Kong, the world’s first MONOPOLY-themed attraction, located at “THE PEAK.” Developed over three years, it officially opened in 2019. Building on this success, she also led the MONOPOLY Dreams Melbourne project, which launched in Q4 2023. In 2025, Vicky is actively focused on integrating AI and emerging technologies into the entertainment and attractions industry. Her goal is to enhance customer service, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the overall guest experience. By harnessing data analytics, immersive tech, and intelligent automation, she aims to drive innovation and future-proof her projects for a dynamic, digital-first audience.
