Fang Tengfei

Mr. Fang Tengfei, Vice President of Tencent Cloud and President of Tencent Cultural Tourism, is a Master's graduate in Tourism Management from Fudan University and holds a Ph.D. in Hotel and Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Recognized as a Leading Youth Talent in Jiading District, Shanghai, he was also honored as the New Emerging Youth Leader in Cultural Tourism at the 5th Lóngquè Awards. At Tencent, Mr. Fang oversees the cultural tourism industry internet business within the Cloud and Smart Industries Group. He directs his team in advancing smart cultural tourism, digital spaces, digital enterprises, and cloud exhibitions, driving strategic planning, industrial integration, and innovative practices for Tencent Cultural Tourism. During his career at Tencent, Mr. Fang served as the President of Yunnan Tengyun Information Industry Co., Ltd., leading the comprehensive transformation and upgrade of the "Travel Yunnan with One Mobile" project. He has also been involved in major initiatives such as the Grand Canal Cultural Park, Canton Fair on the Cloud, and the digitalization of Universal Studios.
